ACTIVITIES AND SURROUNDINGS:
The location of the structure is logistically enviable as it is located in a median position between the sea and the Apennine ridge.
The most prestigious places to visit are: the Frasassi Caves (55km 58min.), Fonte Avellana Monastery (47km 55min.), Senigaglia (20km 27min.), Pesaro (37km 44min.), Urbino (48km 48min.), San Marino (84km 75min.), the Rocca di Mondavio (10km 13min.), the Furlo Gorge (37km 37min.).
In the area surrounding the farmhouse it is possible to take long walks and for those who love trekking it is possible to use marked paths.
The staff will also be happy to advise tourists on festivals, cultural events and lesser-known but equally interesting locations.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The agriturismo comprises two structures: The first was born from the renovation of an 18th century farmhouse (Vernuccio) and is located in the centre of a 25 hectare farm. The interiors are spacious and very well-kept, equipped with every comfort, while the structure is designed with modern thermal insulation techniques. The second structure (Casale Virginia) is a renovated farmhouse 100 metres from Vernuccio.
The Agriturismo is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of parkland with a large car park available.
The farmhouse is divided into two structures in the center of which is located the swimming pool. The first structure called "Vernuccio" is composed of 4 apartments (Gli Ulivi, Il Melograno, I Girasoli and "La casa dei Fiori"): each accommodation has an independent entrance.
The second structure called "Casale Virginia" is a farmhouse of about 250 square meters and is rented as a single body for groups or large families. It can accommodate up to 10 people. This structure has a second independent entrance gate.

Hi, my name is Filippo Bellagamba.
I have been doing this job for 20 years together with my brother Raimondo.
Together we welcome travellers and take care of the crops.
I decided to do this job to follow a passion.
